Can you walk to a park in 10 minutes?

Parks are essential to the physical, social and economic health of a community. Yet, one in three Americans don’t have a park within a 10-minute walk of their home. The Trust for Public Land wants to do something about this. Across all age groups, greater access to parks is associated with reduced stress, reduced risk of depression, and greater mental health and well-being.
